•Manager of all production departments. Employees working under my direction: Injection manager, Thermoforming manager four supervisors, forty operators, four material Handlers, and fifty Packers. 60% full time employees and 40% production ramp ups.
•Equipment- 6 TSL Thermoformers, 5 OMV’s F74’s F-76’s F-57. Product: Cups and lids
•Print 14 Poly Types and 3 Van Dams. Offset printing of 1oz to 44 oz. cups

•Ensure safety policies are being followed, Plant and Department audits, 18 years active member of safety committee
•Work on cross functional teams with R&D, Material Trials, and Print Room trials. Inspection of all lines for safety issues, guards, interact with employees for feedback on any safety concerns. Inspection of all machinery guards, cleanliness and verify Process Control sheets are posted and updated and review documented process changes and why.
•Develop training schedules for new employees, SOP’s GMP’s JAS’s and One Point lessons.
•Specifications of new product including Film length, Width, Wind of film, Flat or C fold and Box size per quantity.
•Troubleshoot and identification process issues, root cause analysis, Round Table meeting in war room with Tooling, Maintenance and processing. Utilization of D-8 and wish bone charts. Determine problem and assigning corrective actions to fix problem. Posting corrective actions with One Point lessons in order to maintain product back to specifications.
•War room meetings to keep production on schedule per priority to schedule PM’s and repairs. (Tooling, Production, Engineers, management, Process and tooling)
•Write Preventative Maintenance procedures, TPM and changing time line such as quarterly, annually to extend Gevity of machine areas that wear.
•Time studies to determine areas to implement Lean Manufacturing (reduce waste and labor)
•Review and write job description to reflect changes to SOP’s
•Work with scheduling for machine availability and priority’s.
