Introduction

I am an Environmental and Safety Professional with 15 years experience in environmental audits, industrial storm water inspections and administering environmental programs such as Storm Water, Title V air permits, RCRA, NPDES, SPCC and waste water. I have additional experience in developing and administering OSHA programs and training along with conducting site wide and corporate environmental and safety program audits.

Terex USA, LLC- Oklahoma City, OK: November 2013 to December 2014, 40 hrs/week: HSE Specialist: Development of a comprehensive HSE recordkeeping and data collection system. Conduct gap analysis study to determine areas to improve for regulatory compliance. Inspect and audit facility business units for HSE compliance and develop methods to achieve compliance. Conduct accident investigations and develop plans to prevent future occurrences. Perform weekly HSE audits and report findings to plant manager as well as area business leaders. Act as liaison for contractors and vendors in regard to safety and environmental projects and purchases. Conduct training for employees on both safety and environmental topics. Manage hazardous waste (RCRA) program and establish facility recycling programs and seek methods to reduce and minimize waste streams. Oversee various environmental cleanup projects and remediation at facility and to report costs and operational expenditures to facility management team.

Title V permit renewal, modification and new source applications. Record keeping and reporting for boilers/steam generators, solvent recovery systems, and thermal oxidizers. Coordinate scheduled compliance testing and preventative maintenance of pollution control equipment. Oversee environmental sampling program and reporting.
