oPre-condition:

To restrict “revise” operation on Item Revision if PDF dataset is not attached. Check particular dataset is attached to the IR or not.

To attach a dataset only if a specific dataset is listed in secondary object of Item Revision.

Write a Pre-condition to check Item Masters Form attribute values while creating Item. String attribute value length should be more than 20.

To check pre-condition whether the first Item Revision is in process or not. If it is not in workflow process, user should not be able to create as new revision.

Write a pre-condition to restrict user to delete Item Revision if there is any Dataset attached to it and display custom message “You can not delete this Item Revision since it is having Dataset attached”.

Write a pre-condition which is called before creating a new Item using “save as” operation from existing Item revision.

Evaluate two conditions:

1.Role should be Engineer.

2.Attribute “IsActive” on the Item Master Form should have the value “enabled”.

oPost-action:

Print name of the Item on TAO Window after creating an Item.

oBatch Utility:

Create a Folder and bulk of Items and insert those Items one by one into custom folder and insert that custom folder into Home Folder.

Details:

Whenever user check-out/in the Part Revision, its attachments should be check-out/in.

Whenever user revise the Part Revision, Attributes of attached datasets

(Drawing Revision) should be updated as per changing revision ID.

Before revising Part Revision, it should check whether user is privileged member in project of object.

Whenever user creates a part in Solidworks, Owner of Part Revision should be appeared in owner property of Solidworks Part/Drawing.

User who revises the Part Revision, should be appeared in the Version creator property.

User should not able to paste the Part Revisions with ERC Released status in Task Revision.

User should not able to check-out the Part Number Generation Object.

Applying validation for the properties of Part Revision as well as Dataset attached to it.

Whenever user from Designer group creates/revises the Part Revision, new revision should appear as a separate object(CopyAsObject).

Whenever user from Process group revises the Part Revision, new revision should appear as a reference object(CopyAsReference).

Before saving Part, it should check whether Part Revision contains 2D/3D attachments.

Before revising Part Revision it should check whether previous revision is frozen or not.

Whenever user paste the Parts in Task revision, the T9DmlNo attribute should take the value of DML Number(ID).

Object types of attachments to the Part Revision should appear in the Application Property on the Part Revision.

Before creating part, it should check the Part Number generated is as per the Project Code and Design Group of Dataset.

Before revising the Part Revision, it should check whether source revision is Latest or not. If source(selected) revision is not latest, show error, “You can perform revise operation on Latest Revision only. Please select Latest Part Revision.”

Whenever user performs “Cancel check-out” operation on Part Revision, the same operation should be perform on Datasets attached to it
