! Developed legal plan to take Freehold Capital Partners, LLC, a $3.28B privately held real estate company, public. ! Directed political campaign of Tallion Taylor for Judge in Williamson County, Texas. Complied with complicated financial and legal and ethical campaign regulations. Devised and delivered marketing and media strategies for candidate.

! Managed successful campaigns for self for precinct chair; chairs comprise 74-person panel in Williamson County, Texas replacing Judges who die in office or resign. Reconciled competing factions and mediated a majority choice for vacant bench.

! Conducted local elections as election judge. Organized polling places, hired and recruited workers for polls in two languages. Oversaw and directed voting process including motor voters, paper and computer ballots signage and electioneering, and conveyed results to central vote counting locations.

! Coordinated, strengthened, and supported political campaigns for Judge of Kevin Henderson, who became Judge of County Court at Law No. One of Williamson County, Texas. Developed and advised Judge Henderson in marketing and advertising. Organized block walking and introduced 500 donors at networking functions.

! Administered payroll, personnel, and legal marketing as managing partner of Rippy Law firm, including, of course, practicing law itself. Obtaining Board Certified status in Family Law in Texas in 2004 and maintaining active license in Indiana through multi-state continuing legal education. ! Served as President of Round Rock Morning Sunrisers Kiwanis Club. Organized Cowboy Jubilee Music Festival including advising City on leasing of parkland, negotiating with famous musical acts to appear and streamlining large donations to charity thereafter.
