As a Career placement specialist with the Full Employment Council, it was my responsibility to ascertain the skill sets of unemployed/underemployed workers to match their skill sets to the open positions within the Missouri Career Centers system. As a territory account manager/trainer for Standard Coffee, I provided customer service and sales to a variety of accounts including restaurants, offices, coffee shops, and grocery stores.
