Responsible for all IT policy and infrastructure of community focused hospital in Northeast Houston.
Initial responsibilities included part time contractor based, networked printer replacement project for hospital and on demand user support.
Provided 24 hour/365 day per year user support in person and remotely for Microsoft Server 2003 and Server 2008, Microsoft operating systems, VMware ESX, Microsoft Office productivity suite and proprietary electronic medical records/billing system.

Systems Administrator/Network Engineer for local office and 4 satellite facilities with 120 employees. Duties included onsite and phone support for Microsoft Windows XP desktop OS, Microsoft Office suite, standard business and customized in house applications. Maintenance and troubleshooting on VMware Server and Captaris RightFax. Microsoft Server 2003 maintenance and Active Directory utilization for user accounts including moves, additions, and changes. Also provided HP printer & Muratec facsimile support and maintenance.
Reshaped existing Microsoft Server 2003 Active Directory structure to better fit needs of evolving company dynamics. This involved group policy maintenance for user group changes.
