Responsibilities and activities
Provide effective and efficient office management to the Communications Directorate, which includes systems in receiving and distributing of correspondence and make accommodation bookings for staff.
Planning and executing media events, liaising with other journalists.
Assisting with develop marketing and exhibition plans for the Department, Coordinate newsletter article’s Department issues and activities.
Provide communication support to the departmental events and campaigns and also take and edit pictures.
Render secretariat assistance including typing of documents, sending faxes and making photocopies as directed by the Manager.
Keep records and monitor cases referred to service providers.
Assist in conducting workshops for communications unit.
Compilation of stories for internal publication;
