I was recently working for Mack-Cali as Building Manager in the Paramus and Woodcliff Lake area. I have managed dozens of buildings totaling more than 1.5 million square feet of property and answer to hundreds of people’s needs on a daily basis. Most of my buildings contain a computer based BMS system, and my day-to-day job functions includes knowledge and upkeep of ups machines, data centers, HVAC, Liebert machines, diesel generators, HVAC package units, chillers, electric heaters & fan/air powered Vavs. I oversee all aspects of the building and its operations, both exterior and interior including, but not limited to, fire pumps, pre-action systems, fire panels, roofing, plumbing, landscaping, and housekeeping. This position requires a technical background with hands on experience within building operations.
My main goal as a Building Manager was to run my facility with no loss of wasted energy or money. My day to day goals were to maximize on the performance of the BMS system and verify that it was performing at 100%. Furthermore my top priority was to make sure that my staffs including all vendors were performing to their very best adhering to the proper guide lines.

•Manage more than a million square feet commercial properties
