Job Profile&Resposibilities :-
Preparation of Mach. Field Quality Plan and Welding Procedure Specification.
Arrange the welder test and send sample to testing agency.
Evaluation of BOQ quantity as per approved drawings.
Preparation of purchase requisition and approval notes.
Checking of Load test report of Cranes, hydras and ceilings and ensure safety of assigned workman’s.
Certification of contractors bill, amendment of quantity of Work order and time extension if required.
To manage the overall network of the project to ensure that the project is delivered on agreed timelines.
To monitor and control cost of the site activities including stores arrangement and reconciliation of materials.
Planning & monitoring of the day-to-day activities of Operation & Maintenance of Coal Handling Plant
Preparation of cutting schedule of Structural steel for fabrication.
Taking work permit from safety department and ensure site safety at the time of erection & fabrication
Erection Alignment, testing &commissioning of Mechanical Equipment’s like Vibrating Screen Coal impactor, belt conveyer system and apron feeder,deep pan conveyer, Bucket elevator of coal handling plant.
Entering the material and bills in SAP.
Maintain of log book for Preventive maintenance, schedule maintenance work etc.
Maintenance & operation for the coal handling plant.
Maintenance for the rotary equipment & balance of plant.
Apron Feeder, Vibrating Feeders, Roller Screens and Vibrating Screen Feeders
Preparation of Shutdown planning.
To maintain the smooth operation of coal handling plant.
To maintain an efficiently operating unit and avoid failure of critical equipment, it is necessary to maintain the critical parts of that equipment. There are varieties of critical equipment’s components in Coal Handling Plants. These components require routine inspection to ensure their integrity. The purpose of the inspection is Smooth operation.
