PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
Corporate Apartment Partners of America
Owner/President
1/05-present
I opened my own corporate housing company after working for another larger company in the industry. I place clients in temporary, furnished housing across the United States and parts of Canada. I also work with realtors to obtain permanent housing for those clients who need that as well.
This is very detailed, busy work and you have to be thinking on your feet. Lots of phone communication as well as email. Because my company is small, I now do everything that six people did at the company I previously worked for. My only employee is my daughter.
This business has been successful but, in the economic situation we are facing, it’s been slow and I am ready to move on and turn it over to my daughter. I want to take my talents to the next level where I might be able to be more productive.
