Served as Human Resource CTP with full responsibility of all HR functions for multi plant locations (4 plants with one non union, union avoidance location) with approximately 700 persons including CFMLA, ADA, Payroll and Workers Comp, OSHA Compliance and performance appraisal systems. Worked directly with corporate to create and implement policies and practices.

Gained Union experience with 2 contract negotiation ratifications 2nd chair and 2 1st chair and extensive working relationships with both unions.

Responsible for all labor relations including grievances, arbitrations and contracts.

Owner of the safety training section of the safety KEA.

Conducted extensive investigations into injuries for root cause analysis.

Involved entire plant in a Lean Manufacturing process which resulted in an 85% plus reliability.
