My primary responsibility in St. Jude Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for ACAA and Major Health Plan was to provide short term care to patients with full spectrum of disease including HIV + and co morbidities that are transferred from surgery ward or intensive units. This institution is similar to an internal medicine ward of 30 short term patients in a small hospital, social workers, psychologist, nurses 24hr/7days, recurrent transfer from and to mayor health hospitals, recurrent laboratories, etc.

* Primary Care and General Practice. My primary responsibility in my private office for CFSE and ACAA was to complete medical assessments, treatment and provide a written opinion. CFSE is the insurance agency for all workers in PR that are seeking health and economic compensation. ACAA is the Government Motor Vehicle Insurance in PR for patients seeking health and economic compensation. I receive referrals from PM&R, Neurology, Anesthesia Pain Management, Orthopedics and General Practice Physicians. I develop a new procedure I call it electro-chemical ablation of subcutaneous fluids and obtain a release signature of no chronic pain in 3 treatments in over 95% of cases referred, pending disability compensation, the rest were documented as malingering.
