Area Leader: Supervisor of other supervisors in the General Motors Corp. Job duties included overseeing
all operation within area.
Group Leader: Supervisor of assembly lines within the cockpit VIS Module.
Team Leader: VIS Tugger Team Responsible for input of Team Member data, record keeping,
daily maintaining and reviewing data boards with team members, agenda setting and
facilitating team meetings; mediation of team member conflicts, coordination of team
manpower for job rotation, vacation, and training. Interaction with customers/VIS team
members to assure quality parts are delivered in an on time manner to General Assembly.
