Director, Human Resources
Directed the Human Resources function for US Drilling Operations including Nabors Alaska Drilling, Nabors Drilling USA and Nabors Offshore Corporation. Led a team of 35 HR professionals in direct support of over 7K employees. Strategic HR Business Partner to President and VPs of business.
