Salary Administration: Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the compensation schedule with input and guidance from the Executive Team. Involved in the annual performance review, merit increase and salary adjustment process for all employees.
Managerial Training: Responsibility of working with managers and other staff on an on-going basis to administer or oversee training in areas such as, Affirmative Action, Sexual Harassment, and OSHA. This position will also coordinate outside training as requested by the Management Team.
Cultural Competency: Chair of the task force, this includes coordinating and running monthly meetings, assisting the task force in identifying cultural competent strengths and weakness, assisting the task force in making recommendations for actions steps and resources to the management team and assisting the task force in overseeing that approved action steps are developed, implemented and complied with by all staff.
