PROJECT DETAILS

ØSuccessfully done Project “SPRING SEPARATOR MACHINE” .The designing and fabrication of Spring separator machine to segregate the collided springs in spring manufacturing Industries in short span of time. It is basically used in the Industries manufacturing spiral springs in enormous amount. In the storage the springs get collided. Segregating them manually is a time consuming process. By using spring separator it can separated quickly. The basic Principle on which it works is “CENTRIFUGAL FORCE” as it is defined as a force which draws a rotating body away from the centre of rotation.

Ø“DUAL OPERATED WASHING MACHINE” i.e (Solar & Pedal operated) to save electricity. Basically designed and fabricated for population living in country side areas. The main objective is the utilization of unconventional source of energy and to perform washing operation using machine with the help of cam sources.
