Research and development centre of Hero Moto Corp Ltd. to carry out various researches on its products.

This project consists various mass concreting (Approx. 40 thousand cum RCC) structures such as Office Tower, Laboratory building, utility building, sub stations, control tower, grand stand, test track, etc.

Responsibilities:

To carry out finishing activities i.e. brick work, plastering, gypsum plaster, painting, IPS flooring, VDF flooring, glazing work, etc.

To carry out bituminous type water proofing work on the terrace of all the structures.

To execute all activities involved in water proofing works

To execute the work as per drawing, specifications& Methodology.

Utilize the manpower and materials.

Monitoring site progress and preparation of DPRs,

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring of site labor force and the work of subcontractors.

Preparation of schedule of water proofing and its execution

Closeout all QA/QC and Safety issues.

Project Description:

Wonder cement plant with a capacity to produce 3.5 Million Tons Cement per annum, total area of project is 75,00,000sqm including mines, Plant, Colonies, Roads Landscaping etc.

This project consists various mass concreting (Approx. 80 thousand cum RCC) structures such as Packing plant building, Truck loading, Cement mill, Clinker tank, Cooler, Cooler ESP, Pre-heater building, RAW Mill, Coal Mill, Raw material Hopper Building, Belt conveyers, RCC Silos, Office Buildings, etc.

Responsibilities:

Construction of Clinker Silo, Un-burnt Clinker silo, Clinker Transfer Tower and Deep Pan Conveyors, sub-stations, etc. as Site In-charge.

To execute all site activities i.e. Excavation, Reinforcement, Formwork, RCC, Pre- Stressing work (profiling, stressing and grouting of tendons), etc. right from the land clearance, demarcation, utility and basic development of area for smooth functioning of project, etc.

To execute the work as per drawing, specifications& Methodology.

Utilize the manpower and materials.

Monitoring site progress and preparation of DPRs, and monthly progress report.

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring of site labor force and the work of subcontractors.

This project had various mass concreting ( Approx. 65 thousand cum RCC) structures such as Packing plant building, Truck loading, Cement mill, Clinker tank, Cooler, Cooler ESP, Pre-heater building, RAW Mill, Coal Mill, Raw material Hopper Building, Belt conveyers, RCC Silos Office Buildings, C.C.R., Substations, Wagon Tippler, Crusher, etc.

Responsibilities:

Construction of Raw Material Hopper, Wagon tippler, Clinker Wagon Loading System (Rectangular Slip form), two Sub Stations, Raw Mill Building, Conveyors, etc. as Site Engineer.

To execute all site activities i.e. Excavation, Reinforcement, Formwork, RCC, waterproofing, block wok, Plastering, painting, falls ceiling, interior, etc right from the land clearance, demarcation, utility and basic development of area for smooth functioning of project, etc.
