MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor, evaluate and validate contractors /sub-contractors schedule, progress, procedures and submittals.
Develop projects budget, business plan cash-calls and expenditure forecasts and ensuring that they are current, accurate and factual. Monitor and steward the projects expenditures and develop and implement cost control measures to ensure that expenditures are within the forecasts and budget.
Develop budget / CTR workbooks ensuring that costs and assumptions are transparent and auditable.
Cost control, earned value reports, forecasting final costs & quantities and Preparation of cash flow chart
Preparation, review and control cost estimate plan, basis & procedures, level I, II & III cost estimates
Prepare sub-contact /procurement bid packages, techno-commercial review, finalize sub-contract /P.O.
Manage, expediting, administration and closing of P.O /sub-contacts.
