Duties and Responsibilities: Helped support, three health clinics, one hospital and the Tucson Area Office, with Information Technology support. Currently, the site manager for a multi-division RPMS database server, and the acting VistA Imaging (PACS) Coordinator for the Tucson Area. Support Dental servers, Optometry PACs system, and Lab DI system. Also, take calls for some help desk issues when needed. Can troubleshoot printers, desktops, servers, and network switches. Work with upper management on server migration and database migration. Currently, migrating Server 2003 servers to Server 2008 for Dental and working on getting all Optometry medical devices talking to Vista Imaging (PACS). Administrator for the Vista Imaging (PACS) servers for the Tucson Area.. Manage the database server and install RPMS patches and manage Legacy RPMS databases for Tucson Area. Can build a server from scratch, install Ensemble, configure Ensemble, restore a database and configure EHR to work correctly. Troubleshoot EHR GUI issues and deal with different I.H.S GUI’s daily and know how to configure them to work. Can troubleshoot lab Lantronix devices and the DI Server for communication.
