And actively involved in LEVEL 3 NICU unit with state of the art SCBU (HFV, NO), HDU, NURSERY FROM 23rd march to 03/12/2015. I was Employed for 2 years till 23 rd march 2017 but has to resign so as to join with family in india.

My role was primarily:

Regular roaster sharing at ITU, HDU, POSTNATAL WARDS.

Actively involvement in department work including procedures sampling, placement of IV lines, Lumbar Punctures Case presentation.

Attending deliveries independently as well as part of team in attending Neonatal resuscitation.

Actively participating in Departmental Teaching activities.

The Paedatric Service at ADK Hospital include daily Out-Patient Clinics incuding well baby clinics, Care of paediatric cases in a multi-speciality Emergency Room, Neonatal services at a level 3 NICU, care of Paediatric Cases in a multispeciality ICU and general paediatric in patient care at general ward and private rooms.

My Role is primarily :

Regular Out Patient Specialist Clinic.

Regular ward and Nicu Rounds and take decsions independently regarding managent and interpretations of various investigations.

Regular well baby clinic.

Regular On Call duties covering all ER cases, LSCS calls and Labour Room Calls independently.

Daily Counselling of the parents of the admitted cases both in the wards and NICU.

Participate in the clinical audit programe and the quality control programe of the hospital headed by Medicolegal and Quality control executive.

Actively participating in the departmental academic activities.

I have been involved in all levels of pediatrics and neonatal care from last 15 years including my continuous 2 years training and residency which included regular teaching classes,6 months training in PICU,6 months training in NICU, Regular Ward and ER Duties at Premier Private MEDICAL college( DMC & H, Ludhiana) in Punjab, india.

I have worked with government health departments and was involved in regular health care and implementation of preventive healthcare including national health programs with regular AFP surveillance, Pulse polio Program, RNTCP, National Anti Malaria program.

I have worked at IGMH only tertiary care hospital in Maldives as senior registrar pediatrics and neonatology and was responsible for independent round in pediatric ward and NICU, conducting independent pediatric specialist OPD, On Call duty as specialist pediatrician.

I have worked at clinical Associate at Fortis Hospital Mohali, India in department of pediatrics and neonatology under the supervision of neonatologist and learned and was responsible as a team for the care of extreme premature babies.
