"Tony is a very creative and innovative executive. He's practical and drives for results. He is always courageous, clear and straight forward in his communication.”

John Moynihan, Account Executive at JDA Software

"Tony and I worked on several projects together and I always found him to be extremely knowledgeable and insightful and focused on getting the job done in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Tony was always committed to optimizing the value for his company but he was always open minded, fair, respectful, and honest in all our dealings. It was a pleasure working with Tony - his ability to maintain a calm and consistent approach to dealing with complex situations in a volatile environment enabled the projects on which we worked together to stay on target and under budget.” Jim Shipley, Chief Information Officer at Dierbergs Markets

"l have known Tony for the past 15 years while working together at Save-A-Lot. Tony possesses a unique blend of skills that allow him to be adept technically, while still relating well to business partners. I consider his best strengths to be his ingenuity and understanding the appropriate application of technology. Tony is very versed in Retail, Supply Chain, and Merchandising systems and processes as well [experience in] various Business Intelligence tools. He approaches every challenge with passion and an eye toward results which brings value to any organization he is a part of. " Robert Radina, Lead Software Engineer at Enterprise Holdings

"l worked with Tony for 14 years. As Director of Product Services, Tony's organization was responsible for nurturing IT's relationship with all business units. He built a fantastic team by embedding himself within each unit, learning the key players and then offering them the chance to improve internal processes and IT services by joining his team. The genius behind this approach is that his staff didn't have to learn the business. They were the business. This created a level of trust that enhanced cooperation and enabled IT to become a genuine business partner. By nature, his team was quite diverse. His ability to retain resource and maintain a satisfying work environment is a testament to his leadership skills. Tony was also responsible for the corporation's business software vendor relationships. These relationships often become strained due to budgets, deadlines and competing interests. He demonstrated a keen ability to be firm but fair which resulted in a win-win for IT and the vendor. Bottom line: He is an effective leader and would be an incredible asset to any organization.”

Larry Tyler, Managing Partner at GPO Merchants & Operators, LLC
