Procurement Technician: I reviewed incoming contracts per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), which contains packaging, safety, property, quality, and engineering clauses. I monitor the progress of various contactors through personal/telephone contacts and computer generated reports. Establish and maintained record management files, purging of contract files when closed. Also input contracts and other documents by scanning them into a database, and then purging the documents to the appropriate teams. Perform contract research for the Administrative Contracting Officers, or Property Administrators on verifying progress payments and delivery schedules via various government manuals, the internet, patent reports, property and plant clearance reports. I typed letters on my own, or drafts from the specialists. Answered telephone inquiries on own or routed caller to the appropriate specialists.

Management Assistant: I provided a variety of administrative, clerical and/or technical support to facilitate the workflow of the organization/specialists. Answer telephone calls on own/or routed the called to the appropriate specialists if needed.
