“EFFECT OF MINERAL ADMIXTURES ON CONCRETE”

The main objectives of this project is to utilize mineral admixtures in concrete, investigating the possibility of increasing the performance of concrete and improve the cohesiveness and workability of the concrete, resulting in the reduction of thermal cracking and maximizing the environmental and economical benefits. In this study different tests will be carried out such as fineness test, slump test, compression test and splitting tensile test to the character of the concrete mixed with mineral admixture.
