Responsible as authorized representative of the Contractor for its daily coordination with

the company on all matters related to Contract implementation

Manage 530 personnel supplied by the Contractor and maintain all the records related

to the employment of the personnel

Check personnels attendance for overtime needs and emergency calls

Prepare annual leave schedule, advance request for long and emergency leaves for

approval of the company and arrange leave coverage as and when requested

Check monthly time sheets of the personnel on company agreed forms

Maintain and provide performance reports, accident reports, etc

Facilitate in weekly Tool Box talk to the Contracted personnel

Act as a safety supervisor for the personnel in implementation of safety guidelines

issued by the company

Ensure that safety talks and safety training are imparted to the personnel

Arrange and follow-up additional manpower requirements for shutdown jobs

Ensure that all temporary and permanent passed for personnel are updated and takes

timely action for renewal

Check that all invoices and timesheets are submitted as per area and discipline code

Liaise with the personnel and Company Supervisor in case of work related issues

Maintain and ensure that all informations related to contracted personnel are updated

based on the existing contract, its terms and conditions

Prepare monthly reports as required by the Company
