Led the development of the framework, process development, and project management which provided a solution for how Cisco manages historical HR employee data. The culmination of these activities provided a solution which did not exist at the Company. Of significance is that this work brought Cisco into a compliance posture in this area. The initial emphasis was targeted to data from acquisitions but on a global scale. This focus helped answer the how-to questions which brought in-house historical employee HR data from a multitude of platforms, databases and systems.
