I am recognised for my ability to be a team player who believes in empowering people. I am passionate in helping patients by delivering quality health and nursing care that enhances the wellbeing and quality of life of my patients.
I am a recently qualified registered nurse that has over 4 years working experience in an aged care environment and am now looking to secure work as a full time registered nurse. I am wholly educated in Australia and have received two academic awards whilst studying in Notre Dame University.
During my clinical placements, I have received positive feedback on my skills in wound care management and possess strong clinical observation skills when assisting patients with their activity in daily living (ADLs). I have been practicing safe medication administration to over 30 patients in a shift.
I am a reliable, ethical health care provider with the ability to stay calm, intervene during crisis, and collaborate effectively with patients, family members, physicians and other medical professionals.
I have developed high quality communication skills working as a care worker for the past 4 years and now working for a nursing agency as a Registered nurse, have hands on practice in caring for critically ill patients.

During my time at Brightwater my primary focus was on caring for patients who are suffering from acute to long term illnesses and diseases furthermore my duties were:
Providing palliative care to residents that are at their end-stage of life, as well as caring for patients with dementia
Responsible for administering medication patients.
I was competently able to prioritise workload and delegate task to other care workers as required.
I also attended various in house training courses including manual handling, medication competency, management of adverse behaviour and many more
