Promoted to newly created role to identify and improve data integrity across Google’s internal data systems for worldwide contract administration. Main role is to analyze data integrity and alignment in Rivermine (an internal data entry system used to manage contracts for worldwide offices) and make recommendations for improvements. Currently achieving 98% alignment on the main service types between systems (including transport).
Corrected invoicing data by analyzing key fields across multiple systems, analyzed contractual terms and conditions, met with stakeholders to determine what data was lacking. Redesigned forms in Rivermine to capture data more accurately and created exception reports which allowed continuous improvement to data. Once system was developed, trained all interns, new hires and existing team on executing fixes.
Ability to review $750 million dollar Master Service Agreements and their related services, figure out where the discrepancies were, what improvements could be made, and ensured we were 100% accurate in our billing.
Impact: Achieved 98% alignment between external and internal databases for inventory and financial auditing. Created new processes and data analytics which allow for term length on services to be created and integrity checked with a 50% savings on time.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR TEAM LEAD 2012 - 2013

Impact: Collaborated with legal teams to streamline templates to allow team to enter relevant data into the systems faster, which allowed faster and more accurate processing time. Training materials & documents allowed new hires to be 100% up to speed in 30 days (down from 3 months).
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR 2011 - 2012
Responsible for cross connect and terminations across worldwide data centers. Developed relationships with 3rd party vendors in Singapore, India, Australia, England, Ireland, Russia and ensured contractual terms and conditions were entered correctly into Rivermine.
Impact: Negotiated termination of services and resolved any subsequent issues with vendors, which allowed Google to save millions on contractual costs.

Managed intellectual property portfolio, tracked intellectual property spend and presented cost-reduction suggestions to management. Created a sharepoint for easy access for all sales agreements, patents and trademarks.
