Technical Support for BAA at Stansted airport managing migration from NetWare to MS Server

Technical Trainer for 3COM, Power IT, Global Knowledge and Entrust providing UK/EU rewrites of the US material suited for the network standards used in EMEA rather than the US – worked with HP and AT&T to introduce new convergent technology courses integrating 3COM/HP/Ironworks products, During this time I also became the lead trainer for GPRS UMTS and 3G communication systems for UK/EMEA providing technical training on the protocols and systems used to provide mobile phone services.

Managed and completed the upgrade of telephony network for BAS, BIOT, Southern Chilean Gov from Analogue services to wireless 5.8 Ghz network enabling 60MB VoIP and data communications.
