Construction Management

Coordinate all phases of construction management with engineering, environmental, designers, contractors, and security staff.

Ensures that all safety and environmental practices are in place and adhered to.

Responsible for all related construction management issues in multiple projects.

Insures that applications for payments to owner are properly submitted, payment promptly received, and funds are properly disbursed.

Assure that appropriate quality control progress is established and maintained for the project by the accurate completion of weekly safety reports.

Establish and maintain effective relationship with the architect and contractor.

Coordinate and direct the estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, cost, and construction functions as they relate to the completion of the project.

Seek the assistance and the counsel of staff personnel when needed.

Establish and monitor the administrative procedures of the project.

Keep informed and insures that requirements of insurance, safety, infection control (ICRA) are met.

Have complete knowledge of the general contract document.

Keep the end user currently advised on the status of the budget.

Meet at regular intervals or as required, with the Architect and contractor for the purpose of reviewing all aspects of the project.

Monitor that the master progress schedule, incorporating date and time for team’s decisions, has availability of design information, procurement of owner purchased equipment and contract functions as they relate to the completion of the project.
