Description of the project

The main objective of this project was to stand up an Enterprise RSA Authentication Service that clients can use for 2 Factor Authentication. RS FMT will have Access to this service. An Integration Framework for other Applications will also be set up. The project will be addressing the following points and the completion of the project will be determined after the successful implementation of the same.

In customer-facing web site contexts:

Provide for registration of users and devices in the two factor system

Provide for login scenarios using the two factor system

Support determination of inclusion in two factor authentication mechanism on a user-by-user basis. Selected users will be required to use it, while others will not.

Description of the project

MassMutual has decided to build-out a new P8 functionality and migrate content from Image Services to P8, re-directing current applications from IS to P8, data clean-up and the decommissioning of the legacy environment. This program has multiple tracks which include Elimination of Image Services, Migration of content to P8, Final decommissioning, Building out capabilities etc. Migration is one of the tracks. This deals with the migrations of the data contents to P8.

Data contents have been divided into two types. Federated data content are the ones which may be retrieved from both the legacy IS environment and the strategic P8 environment. Non-Federated Data content are the ones which are only retrievable from the legacy Image Services environment. All these document types will be migrated to IS.

Description of the project

Customer Experience Service Platform (CESP) is a Project which started at June 2010 with a goal to serve the requests of the Customers and the Policy Holders of MassMutual in an organized and process centric manner. This Customer Centric Business Process Management (BPM) Application is integrated with the various Admin Systems for Life and Annuities business. Through CESP application the customer queries are responded in an efficient and faster way using Customer Data used across the MassMutual.CESP is Strategized, Planned, Developed and Tested in Agile Methodology. CESP encompasses large scale Automation for the duration of more than 4years. The 4 Major Functional Area of this Application is Work Management, Inquiry Intents, Self Service and Service Oriented Architecture Services.

This Web Based Application is developed in PEGA Tool. The Agile Testing Methodology is used for Software Testing purpose. Testing Process includes Automation, Functional and SOA Based Testing. CESP received the “PEGA Insurance Industry award for Customer Experience Transformation” in 2011.

SCEPTRE is a web based strategic database system that supports and enables adverse event collection and reporting processes for Drug Safety & Surveillance. It is used for capturing adverse events related to marketed drugs and drugs still in clinical study. It is used by JJPRD to comply with the worldwide regulatory requirements. SCEPTRE maintains a global user base and handles mission critical data. It is used to generate reports that are used for regulatory compliance and shared among trading partners and third parties. SCEPTRE is built using n-tier J2EE framework. The presentation layer is built using Struts, the business layer is runs on web logic server and the backend databases are oracle. Actuate reports are used to generate reports in various regulatory formats.
