As
a
new
resident
of
the
Emerald
Coast
I
wish
to
apply
to
become
part
of
your organization.
A
conscientious
and
caring
nurse
with
over
30
years
experience
in a
variety
of
clinical
areas
I
would
welcome
the
opportunity
to
join
your
team. As
a
result
of
my
nursing
education,
my
extensive
clinical
practice
and
my
most recent
endeavors
in
teaching
students
in
the
clinical
environment
I
have extensive
experience
in
bedside
nursing.
Over
the
past
14
years
I
have
worked closely
with
my
clinical
students
on
medical,
surgical,
obstetrical,
rehabilitation, and
long
term
care/geriatric
units
where
I
have
had
clients
with
diverse
needs.
I take
particular
interest
in
being
an
advocate
for
the
patient/client,
nurse
and institution.
I
am
a
firm
believer
in
advocating
for
the
patient
which
includes
allowing
them
a voice
in
their
care
plans,
implementing
it
in
a
way
that
supports
positive outcomes
and
then
recording
and
communicating
with
the
patient,
their
families and
the
various
health
care
professionals
that
form
the
team
supporting
positive client
outcomes.
By
training
and
practice
I
embrace
the
leadership
role
that
I have
as
the
primary
patient
caregiver
and
my
role
in
supporting
them
through their
stay
and
transitioning
back
to
home
life
with
encouragement
and
teaching in
equal
measures.
I
thank
you
for
the
opportunity
to
apply
for
this
position
and
look
forward
to meeting
with
you
in
the
near
future. Sincerely,
Judith Findlay
