The Institute allowed me to gain experience in interviewing the customers on their

commonly faced skin concerns. I also gained experience in informing the customer

about various skin treatments. During my time in Milan Institute of Cosmetology I

perfected my use of microdermabrasion, acne treatments, peels, basic facials and

waxing. I was often requested by many clients. Many of my clients were so satised

with my microdermabrasions that they came back every week for six weeks and

one of which avoided her further planned invasive dermatology treatment.
