Responsible for the manufacturing of electrical and mechanical (sub)assemblies of high -tech GNSS signal
retransmission and redistribution systems in the Defense, Aerospace, and Commercial industries,
including but not limited to "smart" amplifiers, signal splitters and rack mounts, ruggedized antennas,
attenuators, and turn-key repeater kits.
Tested electronic circuitry and assembled components and products to meeting stringent MIL-STD
qualification requirements. Troubleshooted electronic test equipment to the component and printed
circuit board level. Assisted in ensuring accuracy of build- and quality documentation, i.e. work order
documentation. Assisted R&D, Quality, and Assembly Technicians, with the building and testing of
prototypes and assembly-related issues.
Met all Sales and Production requirements including over-time. Offered continuous suggestions to
improve the product and processes to preserve the company's market-place branding. Contributed to a
continuous improvement process that saw no operational returned goods for any of the MIL-STD
qualified products.
Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsible for strict compliance of FDA and internal Quality policies, interviewing, hiring or reduction
in workforce and employee evaluations. Scheduling daily production goals for Medical Devices utilizing
weekly production meetings, Tak charts, and spread sheets.
Training and cross training of new and present employees in policies, procedures, visual workplace and
equipment. Worked closely with engineering to develop improved processes to reduce run times and
cost. Closely monitored defects and scrap, reporting excess to the Quality Department.
Traveled to the Dominica Republic for 6 months to help in the set-up of a production line and train
employees. Worked as a member on the CPR/First Response, Safety and Activity teams.
