EXPERIENCE DETAIL:

I have one year experience as a part of study in Arogyadhama (Yoga Hospital) during the

course, as a yoga therapist. I had been directly in the contact with the patients.

And dealt with Asthma, Hypertension, Back pain, Neurological ailments like ( Migrain,

Parkinson disease), Diabetes, Obesity, Gastric problem, Depression & Anxiety, Arthritis,

Menstrual disorder and other ailments also.

And well good in yogic counseling.

I learnt how to treat the diseases through the Asana, Pranayama and Kriya. (cleansing process).

I learnt advance techniques of Meditation, which work on different layers of our personality like

mental level, Intellectual level, Emotional level.

I have worked in Sparsh Yoga & Motivation Centre as a dynamic yoga teacher.

I have worked in Siddartha Yoga Centre as a Yoga teacher cum therapist.
