ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE
St. Louis, MO
Digital Signal Processing system design project, using MATLAB
October-December 2014
Designed two zero-phase bandpass systems to process electrocardiograms for medical purpose.
Developed an implementation that minimizes the number of computations that are used to generate an output sample.
Generated a zero-mean, noise signal and added it to the original electrocardiograms.
Applied the minimum-computation implementation. Found the root-mean-square error of the output.
Reduced the precision of the coefficients in the minimum-computation implementation to the minimum number of bits.
St. Louis, MO
Reliability and Quality Control Team Project
November-December 2014
Team Leader, Process Control Technician
Conducted Research on three possible factors: weather, speed limit, and seat belt causing car accidents and fatalities.
̅
Built cause-and-effect diagram, Constructed control chart, Applied Six-Sigma Rule, Carried out t-Hypothesis test.
Gave an outstanding presentation on behalf of a team of 6 people.
Tianjin University
EMC Prediction System of PWM Circuit
April-August 2012
Assistant Researcher
Conducted Research on the electromagnetic compatibility of PWM switch power supply and the common -mode
electromagnetic interference suppression.
Compared the principles, advantages, and disadvantages between passive filters and active power filters .
Explored the effective methods to reduce electromagnetic interferences of the switch power supply.
Designed the appropriate EMI filter when the circuit structure was determined .
Tianjin University
Mechanical and Electronic engineering training
October-November 2012
Mechanical and Electronic engineering trainee
Learned the industrial production process and mastered the techniques of turner, welding, millers, CNC lathe, fitter, drill
plane, and casting. Accomplished the experiments on PCB layout, core circuit board of hardware via PCB manufacturing.
