Please allow me to point out the qualities that I possess that would make me an excellent addition to your team:

I am currently a Managing Associate with MassMutual. I am responsible for building a successful sales team – recruiting, training, mentoring and building a brand and market for new agents. I am Life, Health and Annuities licensed, Series 6 licensed and currently working on my Series 63. I am also Certified in the Sandler Selling Process.

As the National Director of Sales with Woman’s Life Insurance Society, I had 6 staff members reporting directly to me, managing and supporting over 350 independent agents nationwide. I was also an Executive Officer of Woman’s Life, and a key contributor to several committees within our organization.

I served on multiple committees within the Society including the Strategic Planning Committee, the Executive Officer Committee, and the Product Development Committee.

While at Allstate & Humana, I was responsible for a team of Sales Reps and agents to market, sell and implement Voluntary Worksite Benefits.

My extensive experience is as follows:

Leadership: I served 11 years in the United States Air Force. I graduated #1 out of 57 in my 6 week Leadership course, in the top 3 out of 124 of my 4 week Non-Commissioned Officer training course, and I spent the last 6 yrs. of my service as an Instructor and Supervisor to over 100 airmen. I spent 2 years as a Regional Manager for Allstate Benefits, hiring, managing, training and supporting over 300 agents and 14 Sales Reps, increasing sales in the territory by 54%.

Training: While at Unum, I attended a two week Customer Service training course at the Home Office in Maine. I also attended six full weeks of extensive Sales Training, proven programs teaching sales skills. Unum is known for having the best training in the industry. Customer service and sales training are transferrable to all aspects of any industry.

Communication: As a salesperson over the years, I am regularly in front of large groups of people as well as one-on-one, educating others on my products and services. I communicate directly with agents, members and staff on a daily basis, increasing sales and maximizing potential.

Community Involvement: I am currently active in my Woman’s Life Chapter – raising funds and providing assistance for various local charities. I am a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, as well as the High School Booster Club and Women In Financial Services (WIFS). I am also President-Elect of the St. Clair Rotary Club.

Business Planning: At Allstate, I was responsible for my regional business plan and budget each year. At Woman’s Life I was responsible for the national Sales Department business plan and annual national sales budget.
