But with every technology node, gate length reduces resulting in various short channel e ects. Thus, various researches are done on CMOS devices with di erent geometry and materials. In this project, we have modeled a cylindrical GAA nanowire transistor with Si substrate and obtained its leakage current towards polysilicon gate. But modeling such nanodevices and obtaining its behavior cant be done classically, quantum mechanical approach is considered for determining its behavior. Quantum mechanical approach includes self-consistent solution to Schrodinger and Poisson equations which is based on finite element method (FEM). For leakage towards gate, eigen states are obtained in inversion layer with open boundary condition towards gate. eigen values are combination real and imaginary part where the leakage is obtained from imaginary part. Description In this project, set of Di erent pages and required applications are designed for WEB ALBUM 2011 using HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery and whole work is done in coldfusion environment. Project is quite equivalent to PICASA in which main page is the login page and after logging in user could manage di erent albums with functionalities like uploading photo, deleting photo, adding descriptions, cropping, sorting etc. User has also facility of recovering its password in any chance forgotten.
