My entire work history revolves around customer service. I’ve enjoyed experience in data entry, the rental car industry, retail experience, etc. I also possess a knowledge of computers, and most office duties including (but not limited to) postal duties, some A/P & A/R, faxing, filing, human resources, scanning, and banking duties. I also have nearly 3 years in experience in factory production in which I operated various machinery, assembled products, and light duty on forklifts.
I can type approximately 55 wpm and have a data entry speed around 10,000 kph. I am familiar with Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. I am proficient on a pc and with the internet.
Several positions began as entry level positions that led to mid level supervisor jobs. I enjoy leading a team and achieving goals for the company I work for, but have no problem with success on my own.
