Main Functions:

Serve as project manager, document controls manager, company lead manager taking charge of managing eight Russell joint venture

personnel and resolving any Russell invoice issues.

Function as the primary contact for clients in resolving any new Parkland Hospital questions or needs regarding the construction

element of the project.

Manage and develop a project site security system for monitoring the entrance and exit of +1,500 construction workers, visitors, and

Parkland Hospital employees while protecting the general public.

Handle two separated phases of a $500K mock-up construction which involved managing and coordinating subcontractors/vendors

installation, phase budgets, organizing project meetings, construction schedule, quality management, safety, project documentation,

and obtaining necessary permits for the construction.

Develop and implement electronic document management procedures for handling more than 4,000 construction drawings that provided

subcontractors with “real time” drawings updates thus saving over 50% with reproduction cost.

Create and manage a joint venture City of Dallas permit management system to avoid any future issues with obtaining Temporary

Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) or Certificate of Occupancy (CO).

Developed a new electronic document management system using an existing DFWIA software application, ProjectWise, and related document

workflows to save DFWIA +$50-100k in software cost over four years.

Leveraged project management expertise in the design, establishment, and maintenance of document workflows in handling RFIs,

drawings, submittal, and specification between the joint venture and DFWIA representatives.

Led the electronic distribution of all DFW-approved concurrence letters, schedule of value notifications, and inspections between DFW
