Dropped Students: requests received most likely over the phone from parent or the Enrollment Center. Printed Withdrawal form from District’s system; verified last day student was physically present and updated student to proper leave status and reason; on the printed Withdrawal form, entered last day attended, wrote down reason for dropping student and who requested the drop; stamped, highlight, and distributed E72 form; kept the “Office” and “Other” copies; pulled cum from file cabinet and placed it in box special back.

Filed and Maintained several binders: Enrollment forms; Withdrawal Slips and Notices (emailed to Youth Services); Request for Change of School forms; Transportation forms

Processed Capping and Permit Follow up forms: upon receiving E72 form, checked student status (our student, capped to us, away from us, or other permit).

Processed Data Director/Benchmarks: forms in the system with English and Math Test results; located in system, printed, distributed, and filed in binder; also, created an Excel spreadsheet with results and distributed to teachers together with actual results.

Processed Volunteers Applications: reorganized forms; typed guidelines (vaccination, background check, etc.); compiled booklet and provided to volunteer applicants. Maintained a binder and followed up with email from Sheriff’s approval. Kept track of monthly hours volunteered and sent summary via interoffice mail to main District Office.
