In 2004, I managed and expanded territorial sales for the regions of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas as a
Territory Sales Manager. This included calling on and product demonstrations jointly with distributors in the oil
field, fabrication, plant refinery, and river related stevedore end user operations. I was promoted and operated
as National Sales Manager from 2006 to 2008 with fourteen territorial direct reports within the United States,
while maintaining the Louisiana and Mississippi welding/industrial safety markets, achieving double digit
percentages in profitable growth. From 2008 to present, as a member of the executive team, I am responsible
for establishing, executing, and report coordinating all southern United States regional sales and marketing
programs; which includes new product development, joint end user presentations, attending national
conventions, special contract distributor initiatives, customer rebate incentives, sales goal analysis with
projections, and territorial management of up to ten or more direct report sales professionals. While maintaining
a personal block of business representing $3 million per year, I also manage a sales staff; which, along with my
personal accounts, led the company in sales and profits for multiple states throughout the southern region
averaging $20 million per year promoting welding alloys, MRO industrial products, power/hand tools, gas
apparatus, safety supplies, consumables, and equipment.

As owner and operator of a retail welding, compressed cylinder gas, safety, janitorial, and MRO industrial
supply distributorship, I achieved contracts with shipyard fabrication companies, D.O.D., Louisiana Power, and
multiple petrochemical/oil field refinery corporations. This entailed completing sales distribution of compressed
gases, medical gases, gas manifolds, specialty cylinder gases, various supplies, and equipment to the refinery,
petro chemical, and metal fabrication industries. I worked jointly with National Welding Supply and Capitol
Welders Supply in the compressed, bulk, and specialty cylinder gas sales arena within the Baton Rouge, LA
market. Initially, this corporation was founded with $20,000.00 capital and I sold the business in 2004 with $2.6
million in yearly sales at a 37% true gross profit average.
