Use of offline programming seat along with CMM to program in order to keep up with inspection demands with Zeiss Calypso 5.2 software with RDS-CAA and Vast XXT articulating head.
Inspect parts on surface plate with hand tools if appropriate for efficiency or to verify CMM readings.

Responsible for the programming and operation of complex DoD flight hardware using Mitutoyo CMM with GeoMeasure 4000 and 6000.
Performed calibration on company and employee tools.

Situation/Action/Results
As a result of my cleaning up and reorganizing of saved and documented setup processes in production and inspection at VIP Mfg & Eng Corp, the company was able to produce more profit with less employees.
As a result of my creating a complete in house calibration system of tools and gages at West Valley, we were able to meet the requirements of AS9100 and save approx. $10,000.00 each year on calibration.
Personal Note
I grew up in a machine shop owned by my father and have been in almost every area of the machining trade at one point in my life. I am a very dedicated and hard worker and have excelled at every shop I have worked at. I strive to be efficient and accurate in my life and job. If given the opportunity, I will prove my worth and show I was the correct choice for the job.
