Human Resource Management System (HRMS):

Dibon’s HRMS was a web application designed to meet the various aspect of a typical large consulting firm. The HRMS web application had several modules including employee management, consultant management, recruitment module, accounting module, pay roll management module, project and resource management module, and reporting module. This system was used by HR department, consultants, marketing team and managers.

Roles & responsibilities:

Developed web tier by using JSF, Prime Faces,JSPs, Java Script, HTML, XML and CSS

Developed Managed Beans, DAO, and Validator classes for data storage and validations.

Developed Web Services, Soap Request to integrate into other Systems.

Extensively used AJAX for rich, sophisticated, responsive user interfaces.

Child Tracking System:

Child Tracking System (CTS) is a government information gathering, tracking and reporting web system used by Dept. of Education, Odisha. CTS is used to gather and track the demographic, personal, educational, sequential educational progress and discontinuations along with other configurable educational matrix, which was very helpful for the State government for planning and resource allocation. CTS also tracks and reports financial aids provided to each and every government and non-government educational institutes and supporting bodies in the state. This system is installed in a central server at the state headquarters and can be connected to all the districts and blocks via VSAT. CTC program was also integrated with other existing data systems using web services. CTS has also an extensive reporting module for various purposes like, education progress and discontinuation, financial allocation and expenses in school level, district level and state level. The enhanced reports gathered from the CTS are further used in state budgeting purposes. CTS also meet the citizens “RIGHT to get INFORMATION” to access the Government expenditures and Educational progress in the school level details. After first phase successful implantation, this web system was also implemented for other state governments.

Online Patient Information System

OPIS is an intranet based web application developed for patient information management for Daya Memorial Hospital, Delhi. OPIS helps to register user/patient in the Hospital info system and provides a unique Health Identification Number (HIN). This system also gathers, tracks and schedules all the patient information starting from doctor’s appointment to, patient demographic info, patient personal info, patient medical history, prescribed drugs details and also critical care data.

OPIS was also very helpful for doctors to retrieve the medical details, prescribed drugs, lab results of the patient in one screen. It was further connected across the branches in the hospital to communicate between the staffs and different department lab results.

Roles & responsibilities

Designed and developed the UI module Using JSP and Java scripts.

Modified existing validations and added new field validation for registration module.

Enhanced the DAO module by generalizing the database JDBC connection manager.

Used JBOSS studio based on eclipse with the JBOSS application server.
