Recruited and trained other staff in best farm practices while offering effective management that led to the growth of the farm.
Increased the farms output of food crops such as maize and soybeans from two tonnes in 2009 to 20 tonnes in 2014 and the farms piggery also saw tremendous increase in output over the same period.
Developed an export market for the farm’s products by linking with international marketing firms leading to increased revenue and profits for the business.
