• Secured and managed $90 million in construction financing for Ritz Carlton Aspen (290 rooms,

condominiums, townhomes and an ice rink), $35 million for the complete renovation of two Ritz

Carlton hotels in New York City and Washington DC (200-250 rooms per hotel) and $8 million for the

renovation of Ritz Carlton Houston (250 rooms).

• Developed relationships and oversaw financing, accounting and reporting for the development

of Marina International Properties Ltd. (1,000 boat slips, three hotels, two apartment buildings,

Fisherman's Village and two strip centers with a bank, restaurant and five commercial buildings).

• Championed financial operations for the development of Falcon's Fire Golf Course in Orlando

(640-acre, 18-hole course) and Woodfield Corporate Center in Chicago (mixed-use center with 300-

room Marriott Hotel and three office buildings).
