Tutors calculus I-II and general chemistry through Academic Enhancement (University of Kentucky sponsored

program) for university students. Assists students with comprehension of material and test taking strategy.

Scholarship Officer (Theta Chi Fraternity) Lexington, KY December 2012-December 2013

Designed and implemented programs to promote and recognize high academic achievement by members, and monitors

and reports on the Fraternity’s scholarship standing from time to time. Assisted any members in obtaining appropriate

Pamplona Renewable Energy Program Navarre, Spain Summer 2013

Analysis of the framework and current status of different renewable energy technologies being implemented into

industrial settings of US and Spain. Included on-site visits to solar garden, wind farm, mini-hydroelectric, and biomass

plants in the Navarre region of Spain, which sustains most of its electricity needs from renewable energies.

Nagoya University Summer Automotive Program Nagoya, Japan Summer 2012

Participated in the Nagoya University Summer Intensive Program (NUSIP). NUSIP included factory visits and

lectures in collaboration with Japanese automobile leaders such as Toyota (Takaoka Vehicle Plant, Higashi-Fuji

Technical Center), Denso (Takatana Factory), Mitsubishi (Okazaki Factory), Honda (Tochigi Research and

Development Center), Suzuki, and Nissan. Top of the line technology and development of the automobile industry

shared and demonstrated.
