WORK EXPERIENCE

Administrator

Bluffs Family Health Care - October 2013 to Present

Manage productivity of Physicians in a four physician office setting. Includes updates to credentialing

information, insurance contracts, and hospital contracts for each physician, as well as ensuring each physician

has the specific supplies they need to carry out exceptional patient care.

Manage two offices with a total of 12 employees ranging from receptionists to medical assistants.

Responsibilities include ensuring Privacy standards are met for each patient, timely administration of medical

records request and release. Handles all matters of patient satisfaction.

Oversee all A/P and A/R functions, as well as payroll, benefits management, training, immunization records

and physician orders. Manages all patient billing and insurance questions for both Physician and Laboratory

services.

Office Manager

Aseracare Hospice - June 2011 to October 2013

Responsible for benefits for all agency employees, responsible for the A/P and A/R functions of the agency.

Provides input to the executive director on performance of other business office employees and team/business

office needs. Prepares work schedules and assigns duties to ensure efficient operation of the billing process.

Maintains vendor files and accounts payable records in accordance with agency procedures.

Electronic medical record super user for all staff and disciplines. Maintains personnel files for agency

employees and contractors. Supervises and/or performs all functions related to billing. Maintains patient

admission/discharge/death/transfer/transactions and change in level of care data in the computer. Works

closely with the agency to maintain all necessary data and files to support the billing and financial activities of

the agency. Schedules meetings, lunches, and presentations for the Executive Director.

Maintains time and mileage records for staff and prepares data as necessary for payroll and mileage

reimbursement, process bi-weekly payroll and process expense reports for sales representatives.
