SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Generated $5MM loan revenue in six months, turning around lowest producing
branch. New England branch was not growing and sales were stagnant. Created
new sales approaches for engaging customers, implemented stronger closing
techniques, contests and incentive programs for sales staff. Increased loan
revenue significantly and became ranked among top ten in district.
Turned under-performing account executive into sales leader, boosting
individual sales $500M in 60 days. Sales executive was struggling and had
not met sales goals for six months. Mentored individual educating on
product, solicitation methods, time management, and appointment setting.
Doubled sales, growing revenue $500M and led branch in loans booked.
Conducted sales training programs, improving customer satisfaction rating

manage and drive end results. Initiated and led Division sales campaigns
while maintaining the banks strategic initiatives. Creatively found ways to
develop business through networking, referrals, and cross selling new and
