. Manage new inquiries from customers with Engineering about

. Review new purchase orders and contracts for necessary

requirements.

. Review all new orders with manufacturing to make sure

customer all requirements are met on timely manners.

. Expedite sales orders and resolve customer

service/quality/RMA issues.

. Work with quality control/engineering to resolve customer

complaints, and follow up to confirm their satisfaction with

the resolution.

. Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, outlook, Symantec ACT,

SBT accounting etc.

. Proficient in using customer web-based portals for quote

requests and order acknowledgements

. Read and interpret basic blue prints.

. Have strong drive for learning new skills.

. High school graduate

. Intensive secretarial course for organization and business

communication.
