In charge for overall leadership of a client’s business, including the development of communication’s strategic plans, overse eing the execution

Participate on briefing and marketing planning sessions as well as review, evaluate and implement added value opportunities, coordinate brand

Monitor and report competitive activities and/or initiatives; and
Actively presence and leadership role in presentations and events related to planning, creative and media plans, ad productio n and shooting,
accountability, quoting/proposal process and reports, and competitive reviews.
Internal duties:
Planning, organizing and controlling the day-to-day department operations, and responsible for reporting project status' for internal divisions
and hubs to headquarter on a weekly basis;
Share best practices with other internal divisions and locations bimonthly;
Prepare and review proposals and client presentations, communication planning strategies, creative campaigns, media plans, pr oduction and
budgets;
Charged with developing creative and strategic briefs to creative, planning, media and account management teams comprehend a client’s
direction and business opportunities;
Prepare/assist in the preparation of related material to meetings and reports;
Ensuring that the consumer mindset and strategic direction are aligned in all communications;
Experience with internal progress reporting, budget monitoring, timetable and billing, and ensuring all projects are properly approved and
comply with internal and external legal requirements;
Annual fee calculation based on client’s ROI - savings and revenue on media, creative and production costs versus current staff timesheet, mark
up and assets;
Review and negotiate celebrity and talents’ fees and contracts;
Engage, manage and develop staff members to maximize effectiveness, team cohesion and leadership, and ensure team members opi nions are
valued and respected by the client, creative and account management teams;
Hiring and managing staff in account services, creative, planning, production and media areas;
Ensuring excellent and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of an organization; and
Recognizing creative ideas and develop constructive relationships with the creative, media, planning and research teams.
